Brain Breaks

Help me give my students Please help me give my students a break and have a fidget to get their brain a break for a few and then be able to go back into class ready to work.

My Project

They are asking for fidgets that work around emotions. Sometimes, students need a little break to fidget with something for a few minutes and then return to class. These fidgets would help students to learn how to self-regulate their emotions. This would allow the student to be able to handle their feelings. Be able to be successful in class and throughout the day. To help them with emotions and to be able to self-regulate. In the classroom and another setting in the school. Thank you. For all your help I really appreciate it.
