My Project
"Brain Breaks & Board Games: Engaging Games for the Classroom" is a classroom project designed to engage students in fun, educational board games that promote critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity. By offering a variety of games—ranging from strategy-based to word games—this project aims to enhance students' problem-solving skills, communication, and teamwork abilities in an interactive way.
This project encourages students to stay unplugged and engaged in real-life interactions and connections, strengthening their social-emotional learning while reducing screen time.
Games such as Bananagrams and Connect 4 provide a hands-on opportunity to develop cognitive and social skills, making learning enjoyable and accessible. This collection fosters a positive classroom environment where students can unwind, bond with peers, and build skills that will benefit their academic and personal growth.
