My Project
I teach band and orchestra at two title 1 schools in the harrisburg area. I have many students interested in our music program and they depend on the school to borrow instruments. Many of our string instruments have bows that are in really rough shape and need to be replaced. Some bows are cracked, can’t tighten the bow hairs enough, grip is falling off, lost a ton of hair and not making a good sound. This project will get me started with replacing some really sad bows and help make a better sounding orchestra for our beginner string students.
