My Students

My students start and end the day with a lot of energy! They enjoy being at school, learning and interacting with each other. Our days are full of positive learning experiences!

I have a class of 22 students, 14 girls and 8 boys.

I have many students with ADHD, some diagnosed with anxiety disorders. These students work hard every day to learn new things and enjoy learning. My students have great minds and come up with great ideas in all subjects. Our school is one of the smaller schools in the district, yet we are at capacity.

My Project

I am requesting 6 Fitpro balls to use as seats at our small group table. Most of the time, we use the table for intervention for students who are struggling. While all students are welcome, a majority of the students I work in small group with struggle to focus. We have been using milk carton seats, but due to my students' "wiggles" they have broken and are in need of replacing. These ball seats would be a great use as they serve more than one purpose; a seat but also a way to help focus students' attention. All the reviews say they last awhile and help students focus.

This will help my classroom as I am in need of chairs for my small group table.

Because our school and even our district is full, we do not have extra chairs laying around. I supplied milk carton chairs at the beginning of the year, but they are no longer working. These Fitpro ball seats will allow several of my students to focus better and be able to stay more on task and succeed! This will help them attend to the task and improve their academics all around.
