My students need fun and interactive ways to practice their math skills. To accomplish this I need math games for grades 3-5 that focus on the skills they have learned.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. P.'s classroom raised $315

I'm bored! I am tired of hearing this comment from my students. I work at an inner city school. My students come from a high need area. I am responsible for teaching math to grades 4, 5, and 6. I get to spend 90 minutes with each grade level each day. These classes are made up of English Language learners, Special Education, Gifted and regular education students.
Who wants to practice skills in the same old boring way of worksheets. Students today need variety in their learning. What better way to sneak in learning then playing a board game.
We need several different board games that the students can complete on their own. The board games need to focus on skills they have already been taught. I want them to have a fun and adventures way to practice these skills so they don't forget them once they are learned. I want the skill to move into their long term memory.
With your help I can turn their boring moments into challenging moments. I need my students to want to learn. I feel they should be just as excited to come to math class as they are to see a friend. With your help this dream can become a reality.
