Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are half way into their academic school year and in the months approaching they will be taking many different forms of assessments. The testing is long and sometimes may feel like it is never ending. Therefore, it can become tiring and changes the routines we currently have in place.
I would absolutely love if each one of my students were to receive a little 2 inch positive potato to help them believe in themselves and to give them motivation & inspiration to do the best they can.
They would be able to have these with them whenever they'd like. All students are special but there is something unique about my students and their love of learning. The positive potato will give my students motivation to keep on going and to do their best. I know that this will put a smile on their face and will greatly impact their social emotional health, as well as the academic scores, and continue love of learning.
