My Project
As we continue on with our school, I have realized that some of our basic classroom supplies are depleted, worn out, or need more due to our increased class size. The tape, sticky notes, crayons, and markers are used daily for lessons and activities. The pencils, journals, and stickers are used as an easy, but effective positive reward for assignments being completed. Our classroom pencil sharpeners are beginning to become worn out and need replacement to keep those pencils sharp and ready to write. We are also needing more "All About Me" posters for our weekly Student of the Week. This is a time when we allow one student to have a special week to shine based on their positive behaviors from the previous week. They get a special seat in the classroom and create a special poster to help us to learn more about them.
These supplies prevent the extra burden on teachers and parents and allow great projects to continue as my students grow in their love of learning.
