My Project
As a High School Band Director, I have the incredible privilege of working with a group of students who light up our band room daily. Their enthusiasm, creativity, and passion for music are infectious, and it's a joy to see them grow as musicians and individuals. Each student brings something unique to our band, creating a vibrant and dynamic learning environment. Their dedication and hard work inspire me daily, and I’m constantly amazed by their musicianship, showmanship, and enthusiasm.
I’m reaching out to you because a few specific items would make a huge difference for our band program.
I hope to secure two Mapex Monoposto Bass Drum Carriers with ABS by Randall May Standard and six pairs of Promark Scott Johnson TXDC17W-WHITE Marching Snare Sticks. These might seem small, but they’re essential to our practice and performance. The bass drum carriers will give my students the support and comfort they need during those long rehearsals and performances, allowing them to focus on their music. The snare sticks are just as important—they’ll ensure that our percussionists have the right tools to play with the precision and consistency crucial in marching band.
My goal is to ensure that my students have everything they need to succeed, not just in band but in life. A well-equipped, organized, and supportive environment makes all the difference; these supplies will help us achieve that. With your support, I can ensure that every student is set up to perform at their best and to feel confident in their abilities as musicians.
