My Project
My fifth grade classroom is full of enthusiastic readers who are growing more excited about books every day! With such a diverse group of learners, I have worked hard to create a welcoming and inclusive classroom library with a wide range of reading materials that reflect their interests and identities. As I move to a new classroom next year, I’ve encountered an unexpected challenge... my current bookshelves cannot come with me, as they are built into the classroom I have now. Without them, my students will lose easy access to the very books that have fueled their love of reading.
