My Students

My students are amazing! Our school is located in a rural part of central California in the foothills of the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains. We love our community and the natural resources we have in our area.

Many of my students come from middle- to low-income families.

My students come to school every day excited to learn something new and ready to take on a new challenge. While our students have many obstacles in their lives, they persevere and succeed.

My Project

My students have become avid readers. They are burning through my classroom library like wildfire. Our school library is undergoing a transformation and is not available right now for students, so this book project was born to bring more books to my classroom.

My students selected these titles as books they want to read.

I am looking for book sets, so students have access to many books from one author. All books on this list were requested by my students. I am hoping this project satisfies their need to read. Thank you for supporting my amazing readers quench their thirst through books.
