This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These books will continue to enhance the love of reading I strive to create. My students are a diverse group of kids with a variety of interests, therefore all of these books have been chosen with my students in mind. Students will be able to choose from different types of books, which will help them continue to meet their independent and Accelerated reader goals.
With these new books, my students will have different styles of novels to choose from such as novels written in verse and graphic novels and help them get excited about reading.
The best way to increase reading skills is to read more, and these books will continue to help my students develop their abilities. My students already get excited at the prospect of reading different styles of writing and these novels will only serve to strengthen that.
