This project is fully funded

My Students

The first grade at my school has almost 60 students. We are in an area of Pinal County where there is no public library in the community. The closest library is in the next town over. If our families want to use the library, they have to pay a fee.

We are looking for additional funds to add more books including books on CD and book sets to the first grade library.

My Project

This project will replace the many well loved and repaired books for our classroom library. Some of the books are books that the children have requested that they wanted to read. Some of the books for this project have multiple copies so they can read to a partner or in a small group to improve their reading fluency and comprehension.

My students love to practice their reading skills with good books that make them smile.

It also encourages the students to be life long readers of good books. Thank you!
