Books to Make High School Students Lifelong Readers!

Help me give my students books that will encourage them to become lifelong readers.

My Students

Our high school is home to some of the most driven, appreciative, and inspiring students around. Approximately 2200+ students attend the high school, established in 1976. Our kids come from diverse economic and cultural backgrounds. At our school, you'll see that we have a terrific program supporting spectrum folks and those with other special needs and abilities, an ELL program, robust AP and honors classes, and dedicated athletes.

We're one of the most diverse (and awesome) schools in the district.

It's an honor to be the librarian, attempting to bring books and technology that will further inspire and support these kids. Come check out one of our stellar musicals and cheer on our teams--you won't regret it!

My Project

We're hoping to enrich our library with a selection of new titles that they can read in small groups or individually, both fiction and nonfiction.

Our students request engaging topics and these page-turners are sure to encourage a lifelong love of literacy.

Thank you for your interest in projects that support literacy. We've loved seeing our students back in classes and keeping the library bustling with activity. They are checking out books and looking for more, and your kind gift will help inspire more avid readers for years to come.
