My Project

Students reading comprehension and fluency was impacted by the lack of in-person learning where students fell behind with oral reading fluency. Providing my students with books to read at home will not only give them opportunities to read but help build the bridge of how reading at home 15 minutes a night can improve reading fluency overall. Many families in our area can not afford to have a home library, and this would benefit many of my students. This also gives them an opportunity to choose books that interest them.
