Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The bookshelves will help organize our growing classroom library so students can easily find and explore books they love. When books are inviting and accessible, students are more likely to read and build strong literacy skills.

Flexible seating will give my students the freedom to choose how and where they learn best—whether it’s on a floor cushion, a wobble stool, or a low table.

Having options makes learning more comfortable and helps students stay engaged and focused.

Anchor charts will allow us to make learning visible. These visual tools reinforce key concepts across subjects and give students the confidence to work more independently by referring to charts we’ve created together.

With your help, I can build a cozy, student-centered classroom where every child feels supported, capable, and inspired to grow.
