My Project

It is important for teens to have access to books on financial literacy because they are at a formative stage in life when lifelong habits and mindsets are being developed. Understanding basic financial concepts like budgeting, saving, and investing early on equips them with the knowledge to make informed decisions as they grow older. Without proper financial education, teens may struggle with managing money responsibly, leading to issues such as debt, poor credit, or an inability to save for future goals like higher education or owning a home. Financial literacy helps teens cultivate responsible spending habits and avoid common financial pitfalls. I would like to provide students with the ability to learn these skills!

Books on financial literacy empower teens to take control of their financial futures by fostering a sense of independence and confidence.

As they approach adulthood, they will encounter more opportunities to manage money, whether through part-time jobs, allowances, or preparing for college expenses. Financial literacy not only prepares teens for these responsibilities but also promotes economic stability and financial well-being as they transition into adulthood.
