My Project

After the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on student learning, students missed opportunities at the library for reading books. Students need to get excited and build a love for reading. Students who love reading, do better academically. With that important role that reading plays, these acrylic shelves will hold an important role in providing students with books on display to create intentional book displays to reach all students and their interests. By having books displayed intentionally, students will be more likely to find a book they will love. The flip organizer will allow students to see books that are similar to ones that already love to try. Students can access that in the library to help guide their selection. This project will be an exciting addition to bring a new love for reading after the pandemic.
