My Students

Our school is a place where students come to learn and to also feel appreciated. As a teacher, I not only want my students to have respect for adults in the building but also for their fellow classmates. As teachers we want our students to achieve in academics as well as socially.

I want my classroom to be a place where all student feel safe and equal.

The students in my classroom are diverse hardworking students. Some are supported, with involved families and other are not. I want all my students no matter the background to feel involved with their own learning experiences.

My Project

The materials requested will be used in the classroom when students return on November 2. The new books requested are written by authors that we have been studying virtually and students will be excited to read them when they return.

We no longer have a wall map in our classroom so the large map requested will be a great visual for students when we are learning geography.

The map also comes laminated so we can continue to use it in the coming years.

All of the materials will aid in getting my students excited to be back in the building.
