This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project will help celebrate my students completing a fantastic year of Kindergarten! This school year has been challenging for my students because of the life changing affects of the COVID-19 pandemic. From playground closures, to limited access to playdates, these students began school without many of the life experiences the peers that proceeded them had the opportunities to engage in.

Through the many changes in their world, my students remained vibrant engaging scholars throughout the entire school year!

The end of the school year is a time for celebration and I would love to reward my students for their hard work. Your generous donations will allow my students to each receive their very own copy their favorite Piggy and Elephant book. They will be so excited to read this book in Spanish to their loved ones.
