My Project

The books in this project will expose my fourth grade students to a wide variety of genres, including fiction, historical fiction, and fantasy. Each title was thoughtfully selected to spark curiosity, promote critical thinking, and build strong reading comprehension skills. These resources will not only deepen their understanding of different text structures and literary elements, but also encourage meaningful discussions and connections across subjects. By studying multiple genres, students will develop into more flexible and confident readers who are better prepared for future academic success.

My goal is to create a rich reading environment where every student can find stories that engage, challenge, and inspire them.

What makes my students truly special is their eagerness to learn and the unique perspectives they bring into our classroom. They are thoughtful, resilient, and full of potential. With your support, this book study will give them the opportunity to explore diverse voices, share their ideas, and grow as both readers and individuals.
