My Project
These books can help make a difference in kindergarten because learning about their emotions is so important. Some of my students have never been to school before and they don't understand sharing and how to deal with their feelings. By using these books it helps them find ways to realize their feelings and deal with them.
Books are such a great way to help students learn about feelings! I love reading to my students daily. Most of the time I read 2-3 books a day just to keep them focused and learning.
My students are special to me because they are the ones I am teaching all year and watching them learn how to regulate their emotions and use words instead of hitting or yelling is one of the best things ever. I love watching students grow!
