My Project

Science has proven that students with disabilities learn more easily when they have visuals to represent what we are teaching. Many of these books are about social skills, self-management skills, and a variety of stories that can support their abilitiy to gain better reading comprehension skills. All of these skills are vital to all students.

Books are important for all students throughout their education but especially for students with disabilities.

Stories that are based on many functional and life skills (like the Ninja Life Hacks books) help support students with disabilities to better understand and internalize some of these vital skills for them to gain independence in their lives.
