My Project

I teach English Language Arts to twenty-eight third graders. They are always coming to class bright and early with a smile on their face. I have an amazing group of students who are kind and caring to each other and to me.

Our school participates in Accelerated Reader, and my two classes are in stiff competition.

Every morning, after breakfast, my students immediately come to our classroom library to pick out a book to read. They have read so much that they have requested additional books for our classroom library. A please was included in their requests. They have requested more of the Dog Man series, the Cat Kid series, the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series, biographies, and sports books. Please consider donating to this project so my students have books they can read.
