My Project
Help us provide our students with quality children's literature! We serve families with preschool-age children in a primarily low-income, underserved area of Southwest Missouri. Our program provides books and models for parents on the importance of reading at home. With the help of generous people like yourself, our program leaves a book monthly with parents and encourages daily reading in the home. This includes titles such as, "Spot Goes Shopping" and "Curious George Goes Swimming". Reading these books with parents will help my students develop important reading fluency and comprehension skills. They will encourage literacy and the love of reading in the early years! Our students LOVE access to quality children's books and love to share them with their families. Thank you for helping get these books into the hands of our students!
