This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My classroom has an ever-growing library. It's small, but full of eclectic titles that hopefully reign in students who are looking for something to read.
Books can be impactful when students find titles that they identify with or catch their attention!
The titles I am looking to acquire aim to do exactly that. I hope that my students will find a book, check it out, and read it with the same enthusiasm that I had when I read them. Books can be fun and memorable when they are interesting, from the cover to the words they contain.
