My Project

My students love to read along with me during our story time! During the pandemic, we lost those important moments in the classroom. I want to make sure I can now continue the tradition.

I chose Charlotte's Web because it is a classic.

I read it aloud every year. Ruby Bridges is not only a true story that happened not so long ago, it is a reflection of the urban youth I teach. Bud, Not Buddy is a new book for me. I am looking forward to sharing it with my class!
