My Students
I love my students and my community! I have amazing students who are driven and always strive to succeed. These students exhibit a wide range of academic skills that demand a variety of ways to enhance their learning.
As a teacher, I try to provide engaging, rigorous, and differentiated activities every day.
These children are growing up in a fast-paced world, and I want them to be prepared to keep up with these demands and acquire 21st-century learning skills.
My Project
I love creating a literacy-rich environment that excites and motivates my students. My students love when I read to them and they also love to read books independently.
It's important to provide a wide variety of books in our classroom library.
I have recently moved to second grade from kindergarten and am steadily trying to build a class library. This project will help provide more texts for my students to enjoy, as well as books to expand my own learning and knowledge so that I can be a more effective instructor.
