My Project
Our classroom is created to allow for so many paths of exploration to exist. I like my students to be able to pick up a book and challenge themselves to imagine the world created by the words of the authors.
The books requested in this project will do just this; challenge my students to explore and create a world of imagination through text.
I love when kids are able to express themselves in strong writing skills, as we do in so many of our daily assignments. When they challenge themselves to read a novel that expects them to imagine and picture the events, it only helps to strengthen those writing skills! Therefore, whenever we can add new books to our shelves, including books on different customs and cultures, it's always a positive experience! The books will open up worlds to explore and shine light on the upcoming Lunar New Year, for all to learn about!
