My students need books to read that are on their level. This is why we ordered some Henry and Mudge, Frog and Toad, Folk and Fairy Tale Easy Readers, and other I Can Read books.

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
"The more you read the more things that you will know the more you know the more places you will go." Dr. Seuss. My students love reading; this is why this project will give them more books to read, and if I could sum up what Dr. Seuss says the more my student read the farther they will go in life.
My first graders are a mix of general education students and special education students.
They are by far the sweetest group of kids. They love learning, they have come so far this year already, and I would love to see them grow even farther. They really enjoy reading; this is why I would love to provide them with some new books.
My Project
My students would love to have some fresh new books. My students have been flying through the different first grade levels all year, but a lot of them are getting tired of reading the same books over and over again. I would love to get them new books to re-spark their interest.
Your donation will give our class some new books.
My students will love these classics. I am hoping that with these new books, I can intrigue my students to read even more then they do now, which will in turn make them better readers. A lot of my students have almost reached their reading requirements for first grade; however, I would love to push them further. These books will give them the means to do this. We hope you will donate!
