Help me give my students beautifully written Spanish books that celebrate diversity, nurture a love of reading, and enhance their engagement with the library.

My Project

These books have the potential to significantly nurture a love of reading within our Hispanic community. Currently, our Spanish collection is severely limited, and we simply don't have enough books to meet the needs of the students who would benefit most from these resources. We hope that by expanding our collection, more students will be encouraged to explore the library and recognize it as a valuable resource, even if it hasn't traditionally played a prominent role in their cultural experience.

I am collaborating with a teacher who plans to bring students to the library on a weekly basis, but we are facing a shortage of books to support this effort.

With an enriched collection, we can create an inviting space that not only fosters a love for reading but also helps students see the library as a welcoming hub for learning and growth.
