These hands-on rewards will reinforce our bear cubs to work hard in their attendance and learning. Our students need incentives to work hard. Some may not have the help or support they need at home.
The goals for this project is to have incentives on hand to reward students who excel this year over the previous year.
Our students are young and dependent on the people at home to get them to school. The curriculum is very rigorous to have students reading and competent in math before they move on to the next school. JRP Bearcubs work hard and are making huge gains with consistent recognition and rewards this year.
