This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach amazing students in grades K-8 who are hospitalized battling cancer and waiting for transplants. Their days at the hospital can sometimes be very long. However, one of their favorite things to do to make time go by faster is reading. I provide instructional books as well as independent reading books. This helps me make sure that they are always engaged in reading and learning.

Please help me provide independent reading books to my students who absolutely love reading .

I love their love for reading. I will always provide as many books as I can because good readers are good learners. Help me cultivate their love for books! Thank You
