Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our K-2 classroom is full of curious, enthusiastic learners who love to explore new books and interact with their environment. However, our classroom library needs fresh, engaging titles that not only support early literacy skills but also reflect the diverse backgrounds, cultures, and experiences of our students. Representation matters, and we want every child to see themselves—and others—within the pages of the books they read.

Additionally, our bulletin boards are a key part of our daily instruction and classroom culture.

They showcase student work, anchor charts, and learning themes that celebrate growth and achievement. We’re in need of quality bulletin board paper to create vibrant, inviting displays that support learning and help build a welcoming, inclusive classroom.

With your support, we can provide students with exciting new books that promote diversity, empathy, and belonging, along with the materials to make our classroom environment even more inspiring and purposeful. Thank you for helping us build a space where young learners can thrive!
