This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Kindergarten is the year to learn to love to read. It is crucial for students to listen to different stories in the classroom. This helps with our comprehension skills and vocabulary. I love teaching my students new words each week that come out of story of the week. I also love seeing my students engaged in the story and them anticipating the ending of the story. New books for our classroom will bring excitement, joy, and fun to our kindergarten classroom! We love to read daily and new books are always something we love to have in our classroom!
