Books and Bags for First Graders who Love to Read

Help me give my students the ability to organize their books with pouch bags and have access to quality and equitable reading materials.

My Project

This project is for individual book bags for students to take to and from school. In addition, we are in need of printable books that can be purchased on Teachers Pay Teachers.

Students need to practice the reading skills we learn in school to become strong readers.

Many of the students in my class do not have access to appropriate-level texts at home. By using book bags students can take home to practice what they have learned at school.

By implementing the use of book bags and printable books, students will also learn responsibility by bringing books to and from school as well as taking care of our class books.
