This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Ever since Covid our students have struggled to meet grade level reading standards. In addition, we lack the levels they need to succeed in our classroom library.
These books are leveled and ready to add to our student's classroom library collection.
Each group of books will be given to a specific child to practice reading skills needed to move up!
As a teacher, one frustrating thing about learning is lack of resources in inner city schools. I would like to know that students are practicing reading from on level sources that are still enjoyable!
