it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students LOVE school! They love to come to school. They love to come into THEIR classroom. They love to work with their classmates. They love to learn.
Kids deserve a great, comfortable and safe environment.
They need materials and their setting to be harmless and happy. They need to know that they are being taken care of and feel good about their surroundings.
My children need to have a classroom that is pleasant and allows them to grow and learn everyday.
My Project
My students should have the ability to make choices especially when choosing a book. The furniture in our classroom is REALLY old. Sometimes I wonder if they are confused or dazzled by the way we organize and store things like books and other supplies. I would love them to be engaged but not endangered by our book shelves. Having a mobile book bin will allow the books to be organized. I would also love to be able to display our classroom library so they can see what’s available to them, immediately or down the road. The organized library is important to early readers. It would also look nice and neat, all good!
