The students of my kindergarten class are kind, loving, and eager to learn. My classroom is geared towards hands on learning where students are always engaging in manipulatives and building positive relationships with one another. Their energetic attitudes and love for learning keeps me motivated as a teacher to give them the best education possible.
Kinder students support one another and are always striving to do their best, each and every day.
I hope through Donors Choose we can bridge the Title I gap that our students face. I hope to help my students make positive changes in our world through giving them a great kindergarten education.
My Project
These bins will become useful to every student. Each student in the classroom will have a bin that belongs to them for the school year. During the year, we will be working on our reading skills and comprehension, after we work on a book in small group students will be able to place their personal book inside their book bin. In order to give students a chance to enhance their reading abilities during center time they will pull books from these book bins to practice their independent reading. At the end of the year the books in their book bin will be sent home and they will have a library full of books to read at home!
