My Students

Although these students do love their technology, they are easily persuaded when given interesting and appropriate materials. I want these students to experience things without always being plugged in and become positive members of society. Teachers will continue to do what they can to grab their students' attention.

My students are the typical students you meet and see every day, they love their iPhones, smart pads, and video games!

Sounds great right?? Not when you're a teacher that's trying to keep their attention on the daily!

My Project

Students spend a lot of their day looking for items within their desks which takes a lot away from their learning time. Books are an item that students must have multiple of at their desk for reading workshop every day. Often times books are getting ruined and lost, because of the lack of space in their desks.

Chair pockets will increase student organization and learning while keeping books safe and accessible!

The chair pockets will give the students a feeling of pride since they will be able to keep their area tidy. It will also help me be able to access their books ensuring they are reading books that push their learning!
