Book Bags to Help Us Read

My students need Durable See & Store Book Pouch Bags to bring classroom books from school to their home.

FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Frye's classroom raised $262

This project is fully funded

My Students

My students are motivated learners who enjoy reading new books every week. Every book they read they love to share with me and are even more excited to share with their classmates and friends. They are always so excited when they can start reading at a new level because of all the new books they can dive into.

Each student comes to school with so much joy for learning.

As a teacher I try to take this love for school and grow it as much as possible.

My Project

My students do not have many books at home. Each day my class can take books home to practice reading and grow as learners. Each bag will allow students to protect the books from school to home, and make sure that nothing damages the books on the way to school the next day.

These bags will help students take responsibility with the books they borrow and keep them in great condition so that each year more students can enjoy the stories.

In Second Grade, students are expected to grow as readers, and it is important that they have many opportunities to read, not just at school, but at home as well. The book bags will give many more chances for students to practice reading and allow them to enjoy many more stories.
