My Project
Our dance students are eager to learn more about their body's capabilities. The variety of materials in this project will provide additional assistance in doing so and bring new knowledge within their dance conditioning practice.
The Yoga Tune Up balls will be used to provide a safe way to investigate self message techniques, in particular with the feet in order release some of the tight fascial tissue.
The additional bands will allow dancers to enhance their strength, mobility, and flexibility, further develop their self awareness of their bodies in the space, and be used in partner activities for observation and enhancements of anatomy knowledge.
