My Project
My students are curious, energetic, and eager to learn. They come to school each day ready to engage, and one of the best ways I’ve found to support their growth—both academically and socially—is through structured play. That’s why I’m excited to introduce more board games and card games into our classroom!
These games aren’t just fun—they help kids build critical life skills.
Through board and card games, my students will learn how to take turns, practice patience, solve problems, use strategy, and work cooperatively with others. Games like Uno, Trouble, and Connect 4 foster communication, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution in a natural and engaging way.
This project will provide a variety of games that are age-appropriate and inclusive, giving my students opportunities to unplug, connect face-to-face, and learn how to win—and lose—with grace.
