This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our students work hard every day on the core subjects and we are always looking for ways to engage students and teach social skills beyond the academics. Board games are a great way to support our students as they navigate sharing, taking turns, being a gracious winner (and loser), and participating in group games.
As we know, all kids love games and this will be a great way to teach through play!
Board games will provide an opportunity to practice cooperation and strengthen their social skills.
