My Project
Students will autism in a Verbal Behavior classroom have a difficulty time interacting with each other. The goal for this project is to help students with autism to socialize together. Various board games can allow students to use language and skills for them to become more social. Connect 4 will allow the students to learn how to take turns and to wait appropriately.
Fidget toys allow students with autism a way to calm down and recenter themselves.
At times, students with autism need time to engage in a socially appropriate activities to help calm themselves down.
