My Project
Card and board games like Scattergories and Taboo promote critical thinking, social interaction, and stress relief, enhancing students' overall well-being and readiness to engage in learning activities. Students will play these games when it is too rainy or cold to go outside. We will also use these games in our racial affinity spaces for the students to learn more about one another and have fun and connect with one another. Most of my students are performing below academic benchmarks, so any learning game to make learning letters/numbers fun and to enhance their working memory is welcome in my school!
