As we approach the end of Quarter Three, many of our classroom supplies have run out, and with testing just a few weeks away, we need your support!
We are committed to cultivating an inclusive, safe, culturally responsive, and empowering space where every student can thrive.
The supplies we are requesting are essential for fostering student success, well-being, and engagement.
Calm Corners & Student Well-Being – Our calm corners give students a space to regulate emotions, practice mindfulness, and engage in social-emotional learning. Supplies like SEL books, engaging feelings charts, and cozy seating help students feel supported and allow them to communicate their needs in a variety of ways.
Cleaning & Sanitizing – Keeping our classroom clean and safe is a top priority! With illnesses going around, we need disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer to maintain a healthy learning environment for all students.
Headphones for Learning & Testing – With important assessments approaching, headphones are crucial for helping students stay focused and engaged during online learning and testing. They are also essential for small group intervention, ensuring that every scholar can access learning materials in a supportive environment.
Dry Erase Markers & Erasers – These are critical tools for small group instruction, allowing students to engage in hands-on learning, practice problem-solving, and receive immediate feedback. Unfortunately, most of ours have dried out or worn down, and we are in urgent need of replacements to support student participation.
Each of these supplies plays a vital role in creating an equitable, accessible, and thriving learning environment. Any contribution, big or small, makes a difference in the lives of our third-grade scholars. We truly appreciate your support!
