Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My sweet Pre-K students are inquisitive and a little apprehensive about beginning school. My goal is to make their first school year a positive and memorable one. I am seeking to set them up for success, and I need your help.

In addition to important supplies that will help my young students learn to express themselves through drawing and writing (Ticonderoga My First Short Triangular Wood-Cased Pencils, Pack of 144; 24 Pack Blank Books for Kids To Write Stories; Crayola Large Crayons Classpack, Set of 400), I wish to offer my students comfortable surroundings to make our classroom feel like a home away from home (Flagship Smiley Classroom Carpet).

Adding coat hooks to my classroom will ensure my students’ belongings (coats and backpacks) stay separated and less likely to be contaminated in the event lice or bed bugs make their way into the classroom. Finally, to assist with various printable projects, I am requesting printer ink cartridges.

With your donation, I will be able to carry on my elementary school's legacy of Familia Fuerte (Strong Family) by creating a solid foundation for our youngest scholars!
