Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Pacing and time-management are crucial for a classroom. Making certain each minute of the classroom time designated for instruction is important. My students are active 7th and 8th graders. They love their technology, but what they love even more (believe it or not) is creating a "deliverable" mini-project! The hands-on writing, drawing and creating allows them to explain what they have learned in a creative format. The table caddies filled with pencils, markers, scissors, and rulers saves valuable time (no passing things out and picking them up). Students supply centers will be established on each group table.
