My Project
I am currently teaching 24 of the most energetic, lively, bubbly funny students. Many of them come from tough situations, but you would never know when they enter the room. One of the things that I absolutely love about this current group of learners is that they absolutely love reading. They truly enjoy the act of getting lost in a book. Sometimes, when I move on to teach other topics I notice one or two may be distracted. When I look over to see what they are doing they are sneak reading books inside their desks. They literally cannot get of books. Whether it is reading or listening to books it is truly activity that they can do all day long. This year my class discovered that their favorite book character is biscuit the dog. Unfortunately, I only have a few books from this series. The students love to see what adventures Biscuit will go on, or what things Biscuit will do or learn. They truly have grown to love Biscuit.
