Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students within the E. high Bio-Med Kinesiology pathway are taking sports medicine and athletic training to learn skills associated with the field. We are currently training and practicing to compete in the annual career skills challenges at Fresno and Reedley California community colleges against other schools with similar programs. Participation amongst students has reached an all-time high this year and consequently the supplies utilized to practice various taping techniques as well as application of therapeutic treatments have all been used up or are running low.

With the help of DonorsChoose, we are ensuring students will have supplies to continue to practice these skills during clinical experiences at E.

High in class or in the field. Students are priming to win and prove they are some of the most prepared students entering college to pursue careers in Sports Medicine and or Athletic Training. Please help ensure students have enough supplies to practice their career related skills as much as possible. Thank you.
